We offer studies of concepts and feasibilities, Trade Off analyses, costs and duties, commercial risks, FMEAs ( analysis of consequences ), ….

If wished, we organize and monitor e.g. interdisciplinary workshops for a successful start of your product development. The concepts that are rated according to feasibility and commercial risks are linked to acceptable solutions. During the phase of elaboration these concepts are rated continuously and modified if necessary.

Construction / numerical dimensioning / Drawing

We offer the preparation of constructions that are possible to fabric with all relevant technical documentations of design and calculation. Functionally tolerated components and assemblies assured.

We use analytical steps to design e.g. Pro/Engineer-Mechanica for static and dynamic Interpretation. For more complex static, dynamic or thermal simulations we have within our competence network the opportunity to permute these simulations with MSC-Nastran or Ansys. Further we offer optimizations according to durability and reliability.
